I'm interested in creating translucency and opacity surfaces using layers of recycled fabrics, paper, silk organza and screen-printed mesh, and connecting all these surfaces with stitched lines of thread.
Photography and image manipulation are usually where I start my creative process; screen-printing with photo emulsion technique, monoprinting with a gel plate and free motion machine stitching are my preferred techniques.
My constant interest in everything that surrounds me is always pushing my work to new directions and to new ways of addressing materials and techniques.
